Nice app.
Im about to finish week 6 of Couch to 5k and I think this app its great. Kept me running/walking for 6 weeks. The progression in C25k its so smooth that I have never had any kind of pain so far (touching wood). I also use the tabata intervals from time to time and it is very helpful. Its great that I can listen to my favorite tunes/podcasts while running.
